Cancellation policies and prepaid reservations

Prepaid Reservations

If you have a prepaid reservation with 50% of the total rental value, the other 50% will be cancelled upon delivery of the vehicle along with the corresponding security deposit

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A prepaid reservation is a non-refundable reservation. If you do not pick up your rental vehicle when scheduled, your reservation will not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental vehicle when scheduled, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be able to receive a refund or credit.

Refund Policy

For customer satisfaction, CRS RENTAL CAR will apply a refund for any of these reasons:

• Flight was cancelled and customer was unable to get to rental location.

• Natural disasters prevented travel.

• Illness prevented travel.

• Death in the family prevented travel.

• Jury prevented travel.

• CRS RENTAL CAR was unable to honor customer's reservation (e.g. no vehicle available)

If you have made a reservation, you can pay on arrival, however, to make a reservation we will require a security deposit to secure your vehicle. Please note that a no-show fee equal to 20% of the total rental value will be charged. If the vehicle is not picked up, you can avoid this charge by cancelling your reservation through the same WhatsApp that you did, at least 120 hours before your scheduled rental time.

Please note that there will be a cancellation handling fee. If a customer chooses to change the date of their reservation, the handling fee will not apply but may be subject to a rate adjustment. To change dates, please call +506 6043 3723.
